Review by Dan Z : Good tire mount. 
Use stock bolts. No need for hardware store trip. Bolts provided in kit are for mounting brake light bracket not the tire mount itself. Very solid does not make any rattling noises. Also, I drilled extra hole in the center of top tire mounting bracket to use all stock holes on the tailgate not just two. Easy to poo-poo good product if you do not know how to use your tools.

The item was solid and easy to mount with the intructions provided. You do not need a seperate piece to move the brake light since this unit takes care of that. With the unit in place, I just cleared the stock bumper with the 33 inch spare. No problem in 3 months.
